Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for a vegan option)

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8-10 small tortillas (corn or flour)

Directions

  • Heat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add the chopped cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the batter until they are well coated.
  • Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking. The cauliflower should be crispy and golden brown.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a pan on the stove.
  • Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with the crispy buffalo cauliflower and your desired toppings. Serve immediately.
